Agreement

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription or using Orvix Suite, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced in them. Orvix Suite is a software product related to Peerless Holding.

Approved Packages

The approved package structure is Starter, Growth, Scale and Enterprise. Growth is the recommended public package. Scale and Enterprise require a written sales scope. Available add-ons are limited to the approved list displayed on the pricing and subscription pages.

Acceptable Use Policy

Use of Orvix Suite is also governed by the Acceptable Use Policy. Customers and authorized users must not attack the platform, upload malicious files, abuse automations or APIs, scrape the service, bypass controls or attempt unauthorized access. Orvix may take proportionate protective action against violations. Review the Acceptable Use Policy.

Account and Workspace Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for account security, authorized users, uploaded information, client data, permissions and lawful use of the platform.

Features, Limits and Add-ons

Features, usage limits, support level and access depend on the active package, billing status, approved add-ons and any written commercial order. Orvix may improve or replace features while preserving the material purpose of the subscribed service.

Intellectual Property and Customer Data

Orvix owns the platform software, branding, interface, documentation and technology. Customers retain ownership of their lawful business data and content, subject to the rights needed for Orvix to operate, secure and support the service.

No Guaranteed Business Outcome

Orvix provides operational software and does not guarantee revenue, profitability, client retention, campaign performance or any specific business outcome. Customers remain responsible for management, commercial and operational decisions.
