Trial Policy

Trial Duration

Eligible Starter and Growth monthly subscriptions include a 14-day trial. Eligible Starter and Growth yearly subscriptions include a 30-day trial. Scale and Enterprise trials, pilots or proof-of-concept periods are available only when written into the approved commercial scope.

Eligibility and Abuse Prevention

A trial may be limited to one customer, business, billing identity or workspace. Orvix may refuse or end duplicate, misleading or abusive trial registrations.

Trial Conversion

Unless cancellation is completed before the trial ends, the selected subscription may convert to paid billing according to the monthly or yearly cycle shown at checkout. Customers should review the order summary and payment-provider terms before confirming.

Trial Limits

Trial access may have operational, usage, support or integration limits. Add-ons, custom integrations, dedicated onboarding and enterprise services are not included unless confirmed in writing.
